Recently, lawyers Alan Fuchsberg and Angelina Adam obtained a major settlement for a family whose child had been taken to a foster care home and suffered devastating consequences as a result.The baby was so neglected by its foster care family that it failed to thrive properly and suffered physical and emotional delays.
The baby ultimately suffered severe burns from a radiator when left in the care of a troubled teenager in the home. The baby is now back with his real family and is getting the help and care that he needs. The settlement was reached during the trial.
