Kevin Lee

Kevin Lee joined The Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law firm as an associate attorney in February 2023. His practice focuses on litigating medical malpractice and civil rights matters in New York state and federal courts.

Kevin received his BA in Political Science from Vassar College in 2017, focusing his studies on disparities within the US health care system. He then attended New York University School of Law, participating in clinics that provided free advocacy to low-income New Yorkers. While in law school, Kevin also conducted international human rights research and worked as a policy consultant for educational organizations.

Kevin was the recipient of the Warren Sinsheimer Children’s Rights Fellowship in 2020 and began work at Mobilization for Justice, representing low-income families in proceedings against the Department of Education. Prior to joining the firm, he was acting as in-house legal counsel for a charter school network.  

Kevin believes in compassionate representation for his clients, and that everyone deserves a voice.
