Biography
Christopher M. Nyberg focuses on medical malpractice and personal injury cases.
Chris joined the firm in 2009, having previously worked as an associate for Hunton & Williams, L.L.P., handling corporate, litigation, and bankruptcy matters.
Chris handles cases from intake to trial, including personal injury and medical malpractice cases, and has written and argued numerous appeals, summary judgment motions, and other motions.
Chris received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Economics from Saint Joseph’s University, where he received the Law Alumni Award for being the graduate with the highest Grade Point Average among those enrolling in a law school. He attended the Boston University School of Law, where he received the Dean’s Scholarship, graduated magna cum laude and received the Peter Bennett Award. During law school, he served as a law student advocate as part of the Boston University Civil Litigation Clinic and Shelter Legal Services, where he represented low-income individuals in cases involving unemployment benefits, government benefits, divorce, eviction, and other matters.
Chris is a member of the New York and New Jersey State Bars. He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
