Arleen Rivera

Arleen Rivera serves as a Legal Assistant and Records Clerk at the Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Firm. She initially joined the firm as a receptionist and assistant to the office manager, gaining a deep understanding of the firm's operations before advancing to the records department.

For the past eight years, Arleen has worked closely with attorneys to secure critical records, ensuring the legal team has a strong foundation to build compelling cases against negligent healthcare providers and facilities. In addition to managing records, she oversees client intakes and provides essential translation services for Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring equitable access to legal advocacy.

Prior to her career in the legal field, Arleen worked as a middle and high school art educator. She holds academic degrees in Art Education, Early Childhood Development, and English Creative Writing.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Arleen is an avid marathon runner who collaborates with charitable organizations to fund New York City youth initiatives and higher education scholarships. Her personal interests include painting, traveling, volunteer work, and exploring true crime stories.
