Kristin McAlpin

Kristin McAlpin brings seven plus years of courtroom and litigation experience having worked as a criminal defense attorney in New York City and Long Island. A graduate of Boston College (2014) and Boston College Law School (2017) Kristin has always shown a strong commitment to public service and a dedication to fighting for individuals’ rights. As a criminal defense attorney, Kristin handled everything from disorderly conduct infraction to 1st Degree Murder cases with dedication and determination. In addition to her courtroom victories, Kristin has also had a number of meritorious decisions on motions published. She looks forwarding to tackling medical malpractice and civil rights cases with the same zealous advocacy.

Originally Miami, FL, Kristin has—with the help of a large winter coat—called New York City home for 8 years. She enjoys taste testing all the city’s new restaurants, visiting museums, self-guided walking tours, and sunny days at Rockaway Beach.
