We represented a 47-year-old married father of four who was originally diagnosed with a mild stroke after demonstrating marked hypertension. The patient's blood pressure was subsequently reduced too quickly by his treating neurologist and primary care physician, causing significant hypotension and ultimately an infarction to his brain.
