Breast Cancer Misdiagnosis Settled

Attorney Jae Oh successfully settled a case where doctors ignored our client’s complaint of a breast lump, despite the fact that she had Stage III breast cancer. The defendants insisted that they were not in the wrong because the medical records did not back up our clients’ claim, but Jae skillfully argued that even if the defendants were right – they still committed egregious medical malpractice.
