Samantha is an experienced litigator, who is passionate about fighting for her clients. Before joining the firm, she was a Staff Attorney at The Legal Aid Society’s Criminal Defense Practice, where she represented indigent defendants facing misdemeanor and felony charges. Samantha has also worked as an intern with The Legal Aid Society’s Prisoners’ Rights Project. These experiences afforded her insight into the necessity of vindicating the rights of society’s most vulnerable members.
Samantha graduated with honors from Macalester College in 2012, earning her BA in English Literature and Applied Mathematics. She then attended Harvard Law School, where she participated in Mock Trial and served as a student attorney at the Criminal Justice Institute. In 2019, Samantha earned a Master of Science with Merit from Oxford University.
Samantha is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. She also has native-level fluency in Spanish.
