
Ilana Wolk
Ilana S. Wolk joined The Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Firm as an associate attorney in November 2019. Her practice focuses on matters involving medical malpractice, general negligence, personal injury, wrongful death, and product liability.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Wolk worked as an associate at two prominent litigation firms in New York City. She also served as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of New Jersey for several years, representing the Division of Child Protection and Permanency in child abuse and neglect cases.
Ms. Wolk is highly experienced in a wide array of complex civil litigation matters, including aviation and airline negligence, aircraft product defects, automobile defects, wrongful death, pharmaceutical defects, medical malpractice, general liability, class actions, and mass torts. She has practiced in state and federal courts all over the country.
Her varied experience, on both the plaintiff and defense side, provides her with a unique perspective for litigating cases. She is a diligent and tough adversary who, at the same time, shows a great deal of compassion and thoughtfulness for her clients’ cases.
Ms. Wolk received her J.D. from Emory University School of Law. She earned her B.A. in Political Science from The Johns Hopkins University and spent a year abroad studying international relations at The Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies in Bologna, Italy. She is actively involved in the UJA-Federation Young Lawyers Division and JHU Alumni Association. In her free time, she enjoys traveling abroad and cycling.
