Representing Patients Suffering Side Effects from Prempro

We are pursuing claims for our clients against the pharmaceutical company Wyeth contending that its defective drug PREMPRO was placed into the market and patient population negligently.

Prempro, also known as Premarin, is a hormone replacement drug for women who are post menopausal and suffering from hot flashes, vaginal dryness, and a reduction in bone density. The gravamen of the claim is that Wyeth failed to provide adequate warnings to patients including the risk that PREMPRO significantly increased the likelihood of breast cancer and/or ovarian cancer, requiring radiation therapy and chemotherapy and ultimately causing patient death.
