Representing Patients Suffering Side Effects From Accutane

Several of our clients were harmed by the pharmaceutical company Hoffman-LaRoche as a result of using its defective drug Accutane (Isotretinoin).

Our contention is that Accutane causes irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), ulcerative colitis and Crohns disease and the pharmaceutical company knew or should have known of these serious side effects. In fact, if this condition is left untreated, it may lead to severe bowel injuries requiring extensive colon surgery and possibly death.
