There are different kinds of employment discrimination, all of which the Firm has experience with.
For example, there can be discrimination in a company’s hiring practices or promotional opportunity. No one should spend their life in a career to see others no more qualified than they receive promotions first simply based on the color of their skin. Other issues include hostile work environment or sexual harassment. Sometimes these problems are due to either a company or department wide culture or practice, in which case a class action for many employees may be justified.
