Elena Carter-Jeffrey, Esq. is an experienced litigator who has been in practice approximately 12 years.

Ms. Jeffrey is a senior litigator at The Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Firm, specializing in medical malpractice and nursing home litigation.

She has successfully litigated a multitude of medical malpractice and nursing home cases involving severe injuries and complex medical treatment. Ms. Jeffrey has litigated matters against the City, State and private medical entities. She prides herself on protecting the rights of those who have been wrongfully injured.

Ms. Jeffrey began her career in New York as a Court Attorney for the Honorable LaTia Martin in the Bronx Supreme Court. She continued her career in litigation, specializing in medical malpractice as a defense attorney, thereafter representing victims of medical malpractice.

Ms. Jeffrey is licensed in Michigan and Missouri as well as New York. She obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Theory with a minor in French from Georgetown University.
