Edward J. Hynes, a native of Queens, is a graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was a recipient of the Jacob Burns Medal for outstanding contributions to the law school.  During law school, he was Managing Editor of the Cardozo Arts and Entertainment Law journal and a research assistant to Professor Eric Pan. He also interned at a firm that specialized in negligence law.  After graduating Cardozo School of Law, Ed served in a post-graduate fellowship position in the office of legal affairs of the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation.

He received from Binghamton University a Bachelors of Arts, cum laude, and a Masters of Arts, both in Philosophy. Mr. Hynes is a member of the New York State Bar.
