Brad Zimmerman is a partner of the Jacob Fuchsberg Law Firm, overseeing the Medical Malpractice Department.

While representing severely injured people, Mr. Zimmerman has obtained a number of multimillion-dollar settlements in cases of medical negligence. Mr. Zimmerman uses his extensive experience in the field of medical malpractice to achieve outstanding results for victims of negligence or failures in obstetrical, gynecological, surgical, and ophthalmologic care. He also has obtained successful awards in wrongful death cases and has often used Supplemental Needs Trusts to protect monetary settlements for brain-damaged infants.

Mr. Zimmerman has lectured on medical malpractice and tort matters to the legal community through the New York State Trial Lawyers Institute and the American Association for Justice. He currently serves as a member of the Medical Malpractice Committee of the New York City Bar Association and also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers. Mr. Zimmerman has published in the New York Law Journal and the American Trial Lawyers Association Magazine.

Mr. Zimmerman is a member of the New York Bar and the New Jersey Bar. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Eastern District and Southern District of New York, as well as in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
