Aaron Halpern is a seasoned litigator who concentrates his practice in the litigation of personal injury, medical malpractice and wrongful death, products liability, and complex mass tort cases.  

Over the course of his career, Aaron has successfully litigated and arbitrated a wide range of matters concerning products liability, toxic exposure, personal injury, insurance coverage, commercial contracts and antitrust.  Aaron has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation in both state and federal court forums, including drafting pleadings, motion practice, depositions, trial, and post-trial and appeals.  

Prior to joining The Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Firm, Aaron was an associate in the litigation group of  Nixon Peabody LLP, where he concentrated his practice in representing clients in matters concerning products liability, toxic exposure and commercial disputes. Aaron also clerked for the Honorable Burrell I. Humphreys in the Superior Court of the State of New Jersey, Passaic County.

While in law school, Mr. Halpern served as the managing editor of the Tulane Maritime Law Journal, and was a law clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
