Trailblazers in Medical Malpractice, Personal Injury, and Product Liability Law | The Jacob Fuchsberg Law Firm

The principles of individual rights upon which the Fuchsberg Law Firm was founded still characterize our practice today.

Our history dates back to the 1920s, when one of our founding fathers, Henry E. Cohen, was one of the first lawyers in the country to represent individuals injured in accidents. His son-in-law, Jacob D. Fuchsberg, a nationally known trial lawyer and former judge of New York’s highest appeals court, was the first lawyer in the country to win a personal injury verdict of over $1 million.

The tradition continues with his son and daughter, Alan and Rosalind, and their partners Leslie Kelmachter and Brad Zimmerman, and the wonderful team of lawyers that pursue the tradition of strong and experienced legal representation.
