Robert F. Garnsey has been in practice in the field of personal injury litigation for over thirteen years, with extensive experience in handling complex construction accident and premises liability cases. He is known for building and maintaining an excellent rapport with his clients and for his strong legal research and writing skills, including substantial appellate work and motions practice. Mr. Garnsey currently handles a wide variety of general negligence cases with our firm, including automobile accidents and lead poisoning cases.
Mr. Garnsey is a member of the New York State Bar and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of New York and the Southern District of New York. He is also actively involved in the Tort Litigation Committee for the Bar Association of the City of New York and in the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
