James Paglinawan legal skills include thorough understanding of medical malpractice developed during his more than six years experience as an emergency room and critical care registered nurse. He worked in both public and private hospitals in the New York Metropolitan area before beginning law school. A native of the Philippines, where his sister is a judge, he is fluent in Tagalog and Spanish.
His work in the medical field made him sensitive to the devastating effects that improper or negligent prenatal and obstetric care has on children. He concentrates on cases involving medical malpractice and products liability.
