Areas of Practice
Brad Zimmerman uses his extensive experience in the field of medical malpractice to achieve outstanding results for victims of negligence or failures in obstetrical, gynecological, surgical and ophthalmologic care.
He also has obtained successful awards in wrongful death cases and has often utilized Supplemental Needs Trusts to protect monetary settlements for brain damaged infants. He frequently lectures on medical malpractice and tort natters to the legal community through the New York State Trial Lawyers Institute and has also published in the New York Bar Association Law Journal and "Trial" magazine, a publication of the America Association for Justice.
While representing severely injured people, Mr. Zimmerman has obtained a number of multimillion-dollar settlements in cases of medical negligence.
